Had the opportunity to work with Mr Demps thru another agent that retired.. From the very beginning he had our best interest at heart. Initially we were on a strict timetable and needed to locate a home immediately. He directed us and coached us on properties specifically designed to meet our budget and timeline. A few weeks into the deal however, we ran into one snag after another…. We also had scheduled job moves that was transpiring regardless of what was going on, so the not closing timely began to put a strain on things. Unfortunately we were forced to stay in a hotel for an additional 3wks until a new closing date was reached.. I must say at times, my wife and I were extremely disgruntled and actually given up hope on settling on our new home, but somehow Mr Demps and his amazing brokerage firm kept the going, even after massive delays. It’s an understatement to acknowledge all the work and effort he put in, even behind the scenes. My wife and I are eternally grateful for the sacrifice he and his team put in. We definitely would not even be in this state if it wasn’t for him!!! I thoroughly recommend Mr Demps and the brokers firm of Christian Ruiz to handle any and all of your real estate needs!
